Our boerewors is made fresh in-store using a traditional blend of beef, pork and our own coriander-forward spice mix, coiled in natural casings the way it should be.
Cook low and slow over coals, turning occasionally, until the casing is lightly crisped and the centre is just cooked through. Serve with pap, relish and a cold drink.
